So anyway, yesterday I finally saw Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen. Since I'm a child of the eighties, I always like to see these movies, and since I liked the first one a bit when I expected it to suck big time, I felt T2 might ok as well.
What a crap movie! I'll try not to spoil anything for any people that hasn't seen it yet,but it really is bad! And it has the worst part of a bad movie, too: it's too fucking long! 2 and a half hours!
The story is poorly written, Shia Labouf is a lousy actor (as always), and the pacing and timing of the movie is completely off!!! It gets boring! Sometimes you can't even teel the Autobots from the Decepticons! Also, believe me, after 2 and a half hours of explosions, shots and fights, you get a bit tired! And, as in any other Michael Bay movie, you get a lot of slow motion, which mean the movie could have been like an hour shorter!
The only positive thing in the movie is Megan Fox. She looks better and hotter than in the first movie, if that's possible. But I don't go out to the movies because of girl that stars in it; well not since I was 12 or 13... And it's always nice to see Optimus Prime.
On a totally different note, I recently started playing a game called Prototype. I haven't played a game that's so entertaining for a long time!
It's a bit like Infamous, and Spider-Man: Web of Shadows. In fact, it's almost exactly alike S:WoS. But it's a lot more fun! You play a guy that was infected by a virus, so now you're a shape-shifter, you can chage your appearance, can turn body parts into weapons, really cool!
Also, the game is truly fun and violent! When you kill people, the get cut in half, lose limbs, etc! Lots of blood and gore! lol
I truly recommend this game if you just want to have some fun and not do much thinking...
It'll have to do for me while I'm waiting for Batman: Arkham Asylum, Mass Effect 2, Dragon Age, and Star Wars: the Old Republic...
